Gudagi agrees to only share information with the appropriate authorities, limited only to what is legally permissable in the appropriate jurisdictions, in the event that a crime has been committed facilitated by our services or as the victim of a crime, under pursuit of warrant issued by the governing authority under the appropriate governing law. This includes the governing State and U.S. Federal government, though Gudagi asserts it will comply with all State, Federal and municipal laws and will cooperate when crimes of a serious nature are brought to the attention of its management.

We will not sell, disclose, share, export or transmit to any individual or organization any information excluding your username without your consent and the appropriate associated paperwork. This includes any personal or confidential information deemed confidential by user choice. Gudagi, in compliance with law, must also provide or prohibit the sharing of this information when in compliance with appropriate authority.

Gudagi stresses the importance of a Privacy Statement and encourages the precautionary use of internet services which request private information, but also encourages discretion when dealing with anyone online.
